The Rose Hunt Restaurant and Lounge at Fox Hollow provides guests with an extraordinary dining experience. Enjoy award-winning cuisine in the timeless setting of an English Country Estate in the heart of Long Island's magnificent Gold Coast. The Rose Hunt Restaurant and Lounge offers unparalleled service and exceptional fare in a relaxing and tasteful atmosphere. The Restaurant is open for lunch Monday through Friday starting at 11:30 AM. The Rose Hunt serves dinner Monday through Friday from 5:00 PM - 10:00PM and Saturday 5:00 PM - 11:00 PM. It is closed on Sundays.
The Rose Hunt Restaurant and Lounge has a wide array of items on their menu, plus a variety of daily Chef Specials. In addition, the Restaurant will gladly customize an entrée to meet one's specific preferences and/or dietary needs. The Rose Hunt has an extensive bar, which includes a vast wine list to select from.
The Restaurant is conveniently located adjacent to the Hotel on the same estate. One may take advantage of various packages the Hotel offers in combination with the Restaurant for an experience that is A World Apart® from the ordinary.

Wednesday Night is Lobster Night... Enjoy a menu featuring 1 1/4 lb. and 2 lb. Maine Lobsters and other Seafood specialties and delights. Wednesday night features live piano music featuring Drew Hill.
Thursday night is Prime Rib Night. Enjoy your cut of Prime Rib just the way you like it as each order is prepared to order.
One may always order off of the Rose and Hunt's menu that has been designed to please every pallet. It has something for everyone. The regular menu is available even during the restaurant's popular theme nights.
